Nike released Air Jordan with the motto saying "It's Gotta be the shoes" , hopefully you know the video of Michael Jordan ft Spike Lee (Check the video here..). This is one of the most influential shoes of all time. The other thing that makes it so special is that it was released during the 87-88 season when Michael Jordan received his first NBA Most Valuable Player Award.
There had been Air Max shoes before 95' but this one was so special because of its colorways and the running wavy lines intended to interpret human anatomy. Nike continue to capitalize on it by releasing different variations, like the "boot" version of this year. One more interesting thing is the sole of it, as you can see on the picture above, you can tell lot of stories.
